I think the examiner whom has the authority of the court can have anyone not providing documents arrested and sent to the BK judge to get the required info. U.S. Marshals I believe can be called in or they maybe there per the request of the examiner.
Just the first action of arresting the first person will get the attention of everyone else in the office and I can believe that the next person will be more than willing to hand over what ever is requested.
