Minor problem there is that since the BVIG is restricted stock FINRA/Nasdaq will probably set it as "not quoted ex dividend".
That means that the record date becomes the effective ex dividend date and that means we have no idea when record date is and when the divvy hits the Other OTC-Portal Daily List the record date may be in the past so unlike a normal cash divvy or split, no time to buy before ex date.
Nevada SOS still not yet updated with new BVIG authorized, they may not have filed it yet, Nevada posts them same day or next day after filing.
