The PR regarding the Board of Director's meeting will be complicated and extremely important. I suspect that is why they are taking time to assure they have the exact wording needed to explain what could be an interesting transaction. Not sure of all of the detail required to get a stock listing for GOTVCO.COM, but suspect it is not easy. We haven't seen any evidence that they are purchasing or have purchased a shell. So the process and explanation will be interesting. I'm sure that the attorney will have several cracks at the PR and hopefully Chris will have assistance in writing it because he can be careless in his PR's.

I'm in another stock going through the same type of thing (KATX). They are spinning off property and providing restricted shares in the new stock, much like we believe ATNP will do. They hired a well known Wall Street law firm to guide them through the process of spinning off and providing a good PR. Even with their care there are still many questions and opinions as to what exactly the press release said and its implication. See the iHub board for hundreds of comments since their release yesterday.

The one thing that I thought of is...this is a good time to accumulate more shares based on the fact that Chris is accumulating shares. If he were to release a substantial PR now (if there is one to release), he would have to pay more for the shares as well. I believe he is slowly accumulating more shares under our very noses (we can see it) through the lack of any substantial PR, which in itself is keeping the pps low.
I hope that makes sense.
Also, I believe some investors are selling at these low prices because they lack the patients and/or they really need the money.
Lately, this stock has not been an easy flip and investors interested in that have their money elsewhere.
