Lawrence, it's definitely not incompetence on their part but their craftiness and arrogance to spend OP monies, WMI estates monies to be sure by mailing all these pounds of documents plus pad their own billings in doing so. IMO instructed by JD, the FDIC and some of the creditors if not all.
