It's built but not as grand as the 3d artist's impression! I'm guessing by the lack of actual building in progress on the numerous other proposed building projects, that Mr Mayan decided to diversify his business interests away from property development and channel some of his considerable resources (providing it is not all tied up!) into Infospi and the massive future potential of renewable energy. There are certainly a number of valuable buildings and land plots in the portfolio!
