this is great news as an update to business operations. but pps boost/buying needs financing details and some numbers to support why he keeps opening locations.
please note i am not questioning these things as i am sure most or all of us here know why he is opening locations and believe they are/will continue to be profitable. just saying it needs to be shown.
after it is prs like this most probably will move pps. however it is a good thing, it shows anyone checking in that yes the company is still there and working even though trading volume is low it is an active company. plus this, while similar to other prs, is new information. it is only similar as other remittance locations exist and had similar announcements. but the location is totally new for owvi which is a major difference to anyone only skimming these prs.
