stervc- So if I understand you correctly, during the next few months when KATX proves what is in the ground at Handcamp, the possible increase in value will translate to a higher PPS in BVIG but not necessarily in KATX stock. If this is correct, and we own restricted stock in BVIG we can not "realize" this value if we have a desire to sell some or all of BVIG and take some profit, until the restriction is lifted from the stock.
