Dean said the company is currently undergoing audited financials and that those should be done in 2-3 weeks and that was a few weeks ago

my guess is these should be done and filed soon

once that happens it will set Qasp up for uplisting and also bringing in alot more investors that want audits before they jump on this

the audits are also necessary for approval to bring their India students to their flight schools
Huge things are about to happen to send this soaring
