Absolutely correct, because BEHL doesn't have an engineer on staff. So how could they test anything with merit. But I am confident in Dennis's ability to understand engineering details for structure and durabilty.
2.3 m buys, 2.4 m sells, why is anyone buying these cheap shares if they are worthless? Then again, with 1 billion shares out there, all they can shake loose is 2 m?
