It was pretty obvious to me that 1:4 was the only way they could go and keep shareholders happy, including themselves of course.
It's going to be very interesting to see what happens with BVIG with all that stock out, but only a tiny bit, 380,500 at the most, free trading. Bizarre.
If they don't dilute, which I think they will have to do, that $28 they had in cash end of March isn't going to go far, BVIG could sit just like this, wide spread and no trading for a long time. Wild.
Loan from KATX from their financing?
Despite the ownership, they are still two different public companies at least for the time being.
