Should be obvious, I'd like to know what the current float is, what the B shares are for and a few other things so that I will have a better idea what I want to do.
It's quite simple and it's always part of my DD.
I don't care about maps, where claims are or how many, the drill tells us if they are worth pursuing.
I also don't care who or where the lawyer is, who or where the accountant is.
I do care about burn rates, share structure, how everything converts fully diluted, terms of financings...I'm more of a fundamentals kinda guy until we have some idea of what is in the ground and if there is the possibility of someone getting it out of the ground economically.
I also compare the company to others that are in the area...and if you don't already know who is there doing very similar exploration only with option agreement with VALE, then you really don't want to know what I think about KATX and BVIG current market caps.
For now and since the start KATX is just another jr mining play, one of hundreds.
So there ya go. Now you know. I do things my way, everyone else can do it the way they wish.
