I agree that we all predicted the news, so no news in PR except we got permits for drilling. As far as the 1 to 1 stuff and another shell it's all speculation and not clear to me. As for restrictions in BVIG can't see how we could avoid this.
The bottom line DRILL BABY DRILL and see what we have.
