I think you got it right.

Fourthly, for those who wanted the entire company to move to OTC/BB, well jack says that is on its way, and interestingly it looks like KATX will become a subsidiary of KGHC (or ahetever ticker BVIG ends up with). Interesting role reversal. We all need to think about that.
Now what do you think will happen in this scenario with share structure? RS with RM or increase of OS shares in KGHC? I say 1st is more likely.
