I don't think Monk is going out of his way to screw anyone. Those that are selling now is very typical of a bottom or when total capitulation sets in. We aren't quite there yet. That might me when we see a large volume day or a large spike down.
I believe it was Greedy'sAlterEgo last year who asked when did I feel CDIV would be done tanking from .13. I believe it was right around .02 or maybe .025. We got a nice large volume down day hitting .01 and closing .015. That was a nice % drop and those that continued adding on the way down instead of panicking and selling did quite well since.
Human nature is to panic when the stock market have a sale. They should heed my wife. When one of her stores has a 50%-80% off sale, she runs to it. Same here. When our Den stocks are on sale as they have been, they should be purchased. Nothing has changed with anyone of them other than the prices are down and on sale......
