Pedro had no position other then being CEO for a few months and while he was CEO he put out a list of things he would do and he did everyone of them. He has basically been a shareholder. MT was making up crap on a daily basis. Pedro got dupped by MT as well. He thought MT was a good honest guy so Pedro was backing him. Again and this is my opinion I beleive Pedro had bigger fish to fry and I am saying this as a very large shareholder of this company for over 3 years now. I have been scammed by these idiots. I had almost daily communications with MT and Theresa and some email communications with Pedro. You obviously see it different then I do you may have delt with Pedro personally but I guess in the long run it does not matter what all of the facts are. All I know is that I am out 120K and I am still waiting for my certs to be returned like all of the others that got scammed.
