It will take a miracle not to have a double dip recession; especially laying off all the oil workers that are in the Gulf. This will affect one of the only industries still doing okay. The real kicker is that all the other countries that have worse projects drilling in the Gulf are still working away fast and furious. It is just American companies that are being told to stop drilling....
