wonders never cease! i doubt his wealth though... but i imagine he is a successful con man, as he got us to shell out.
The embargo may never be lifted in our lifetime.. it is not worth putting hope in that, cuzz even if it DID lift... how does that translate to $$ for PNMS? they have no plan, no substance, and no money, no matter what someone believes about the cuban con man.

This whole mess starts out as a debit card business, then into a NasDaq listed Panamanian Enterprise and now an all in Cuban investment. With out a doubt some dementia going on and surely a precisely though out con game.

No Pedro was as big a part of this mess as all the rest of them. Pedro is just a gulity as either MT or Theresa. Pedro signed off on all the PRs,misstatements and lies, such as the cannel project or toll road, J/Vs and so on..i still have several e-mails from Pedro stating that said projects were on track and progressing well and that they would work out to the benifit of the sharholders. Fact is Pedro is a lair,fraud and swindeler.
