To the best of my current understanding, the plan calls for hosting visa a server farm. Whether they do it third party or not remains to be seen. I think logically that a partnering with an IAAS would be a very strong possibility atleast in these nascent stages of development. If they do go this route (and we should know soon) then technically you make a valid point. In virtually every other capacity though would they be ready now or in the near future? Personally, I do not think so. Would they be wise to 'push' the business plan should the opportunity arise in the near future? i.e. Take on a chain before they are FULLY ready? Again, for me, wisdom and good business judgement say no. If all things go well, (and I am very long this stock) the chains will surely come...in due course. This of course is my personal opinion and thus falls within the framework of my own limited understanding of all the business and technical issues that are relevant here.
