correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't there many here that claimed to fill at 5 some even at 4, yet you had a rough time filling 6's.. my suggestion would be you find a new broker..

filling at bid is a no-brainer with EXPH, let alone ask.. don't believe me, place your buy at bid tomorrow and you'll see what I mean.. although it will likely be with phantom shares, lol..

well veno .. i appreciate the fact that your
FULL SERVICE BROKER .. can be of *assistance*
in this matter ~ since the PRIMARY MM ON EXPH
IS KNOWN for BLOCKING ON BID/ASK :0 and i know
for a fact that i'm not the only one who has *filed*
complaints against them with the authorities over the years ;-)

as we've all *publicly* learned over the last month .. there *was*
no data base available to track individual trades
just one of the reasons why i've kept logs on EXPH *trades*
for close to a year now :)

as i've said .. i believe in mgmt's integrity and *intent*
and since i'm not in the habit of wash sale *trading* EXPH
shares and i also don't *swap* EXPH shares between
3 to 5 accounts *daily* .. i have zero issues awaiting *any*
outcomes
