What indicaters are important to you when you invest in a public company. What do you look for?
Here is what has changed.... this stock has plummeted and we have a non-liquid stock with the PPS falling and verging on collapse. The street is not interested in EVRM even thought the ibox looks like it is such an exception. Why is that?
Now when you say nothing has really changed here, I assume you are either deaf, dumb or blind or any combo thereof.
Here is what has changed:
* No financials have been posted for this year.
* PPS went from 6 cents to 0067
* Stock is now not liquid
* No announcment of an accounting firm brought on. Nice that they do not have a professional do their books as indicated on Q3, Q4 09.
* After at least one PR every 2 to 3 months in two weeks will be 6 months with no real news.
* Under CEO, company went from current status to stop to limited and is verging on stop sign again on pinksheets.com
* We were promised a killer Q1 2010 and we got no fins and no updates on any and all past PRs.
* What is happening with their iris technology-- bet you can't even guess at that one.
* How many full time employees do they have-- bet you can't guess either?
* They promised a new web site and portal...where is it?
* EDS and PKI seems dead
Want more....
But I guess you are right. I'm sure you want to be the guy to shut me up. OK you win. This is a geat play... I have faith in management because other posters here say so. Go EVRM. Long and strong.
