I said days away. I didn't say less than a week though it wouldn't surprise me. If you want to nitpick the English language and split hairs, I could change the language to "ANY DAY NOW" which is exactly what you knew I meant anyway.

ANY DAY NOW could be tomorrow. It could be 3 weeks from now. It means, it's pretty farkin' soon. And not months.

I don't think it's "suspect" -- I think it's dead on balls accurate realistic. Any day now, days away, whatever you want to call it JBII will most likely have a permit in place and be selling fuel. What's "suspect" is when people try to say it's a scam or insist that Niagara Thermal is doing the stack test.
