As an investor of ENTI I have a question:

The contract with Spire Investment Group for up to ten million dollars to support their June 2010 launch of their web site MusicMatrix.com. Tranches will be invested into Encounter Technologies, Inc. (ENTI) on a monthly basis.


1. How is negotiated Spire Investment Group secured?

Maybe they are getting shares?
Do you have pay interests?
Duration if it is just a credit with interests?
…
