It's amazing that you can predict the future like that. Of course, if you could, you wouldn't have bought the stock in the first place. My guess is the investor could care less. He just bought the company for $300k if the loan isn't repaid.
The "restricted shares" are no more than window dressing IMHO. He got the entire company if the loan, plus interest can't be repaid in 12 months. The company hasn't generated revenues in 2 years.
Who knows what the money will be used for. If it were going entirely toward anything to benefit other shareholders, don't you think it would have been mentioned in the PR? UC Hub hasn't been shy about announcing anything even mildly positive for shareholders in past PRs, though so far I have not seen any come to fruition.
