Yeah, I guess it is possible that General Electric execs are in their NYC offices on Saturday preparing an $18 a share buy-out price for Global to be announced at the open Monday morning. Is anybody blogging about that "possibility?"
The bottomline is that you have zilch evidence to support your scenario that the company execs are perpetrating a fraud of business existence for their own economic benefit. But hey, you have a first amendment right to say whatever you want, even if it is without any factual basis.
