You have to undestand that this is not only about making mistakes, which is pretty acceptable and in most cases is normal. PPS went down for a mix of different factors:
Pennie stock + mistakes + Dilution (big O/S number increased from JAN 2010 till now) + overvalued Market Cap (tremendous Run up from 000 zeros to .0x area putting the Market Cap over 3x million usd)
Now: How long do you really think a pennie stock company doing mistakes, with 1.6 billion O/S and still diluting (50 millions shares last info released) that had a BIG Run will sustain its PPS (and Market Cap) that high? This is samothing to keep in mind IMO.
