A very valid concern.

There used to be so much hype about being linked with EIPR, now it appears the relationship is broken. LED's are produced everywhere, I don't see LED's producing the revenue needed to get this thing on its way to getting out of the red.

I'm still holding, I will probably buy when I see a bottom, just don't think it is yet.

EPIR is slowly losing the reins of the top solar panel company. There are more companies that can supply the equipment for building solar panels.

Where would Sunovia be without EPIR? right now 11,000,000 richer that they can sign up with a company that would actually meet contract deadlines. That is why I was posting Spire Corp, because it shows another company that is willing to deal top notch solar panel manufacturing equipment.

The bigger question is, what would EPIR be without Sunovia money coming in?

I think another bigger question is how bad this would hurt EPIR. Otherwise Carl might be taking it on the chin instead of taking the fight to EPIR.
