Hi wbmw.....yeah I haven't "delved" into the numbers but 431K-411K=20,000. 20K-40K doesn't really make much difference. I would suspect the numbers will fluctuate based on government spending. No Jobs Bill and those #'s would be horrific going forward, bigger Jobs Bill and those #'s will be better. The real question is when will jobs be created without government intervention? I know it hasn't been acknowledge on this board, but things could get worse. For instance Warren Buffet has said, and many agree, the Muni bond market is in terrible shape and he thinks there's the real possibility that a state or two could default. Credit spreads are beginning to widen which increases borrowing costs and the number of mortgage applications for 1st time buyers has dropped 40% from last month.
I guess Obama didn't shake the magic wand hard enough. Shame on him.
