Do they have a scientific report to provide to the EPA about what actually is IN the stuff? The EPA wont let anyone put any more chemicals in the ocean without knowing exactly what is in it. That is the problem right now, and the EPA is going to have expanded powers anyway soon. Eventually people want to know whats in it. Proprietary or not, you have to just enforce the patent law and have a strong legal arm.
