Robsct, apparently the phantom LBWR buyer is buying when shares are sold so the pps appreciation continues upward (until the buyer accumulates the number of shares wanted). This buyer apparently didn't didn't fall off the turnip truck as it left the turnip patch a few weeks ago as illustrated by his/her patient accumulation so as to not run the price up too fast. This could suggest the buyer is a savvy investor and an informed buyer .
The price will drop like a rock if Bid support goes away. Bid support is why the stock is up. If it continues then it will almost certainly continue to rise.
