Was March 24 the start date or the date of the letter?
Was it renewed?
I think it's pretty obvious that if they are running it and testing it still, that they have permission in some form to do it.
Silence doesn't bother me. I think a number of shareholders have been urging management to under promise and over deliver more. I like silence in regards to forward looking events until they happen.
