Morning NT! I WILL take a good hard look at NCT tonight. (One of those days today where I will be out on the road, doing inspections all damn day!) I took a quick glance and see that it actually has earnings, and the PE is under 1! ANother quick glance showed that the COO has been selling a LOT of shares recently, so that is odd. Will read the quarterly report and the Annual report and see what I can come up with. Thanks for bringing these to my attention!

Hey NT. I see NCT has had a good run since you last posted about it. (CLcik back on the message I am replying to.) I took some time and read their last quarterly report. (Which was PAINFUL! Needed 2 glasses of Sangria.) I am liking it and think it also has a bright future WAY down the road, when the crazy real estate market gets back to normal. Like CT, I am going to slowly start accumulating shares at these prices.

I hope it stays in the range of $2.50 - $3.50 for a bit, so I can accumulate cheap. From chart below, it looks like right now the 200MA is the bounce point. Slow accumulation at these prices will pay off in the long run, when the price increases, and it starts to pay dividends again. I won't go crazy if it drops below the 200MA, as I think we have one more lousy time for real estate again, and prices on any real estate related stock drop. I will just increase my monthly buys and average down, this is a retirement stock for me.

Overall, it has cash in the bank, is making money, and has a PE of under 1 at the moment! It will still be a rough few years for real estate companies, as the world economy still sucks, mortgage foreclosures are coming again, and unemployment is still lousy, but like anything else, this sector is cyclical. Precious metals are having their day now, real estate will have its day in the future. NCT is poised to stick it out and make it to that point, I want to be in on it when it is back to a $20+ stock again, when I am ready to retire.
