Does CEO Mr. Bordynuik have any official, publicly stated reason why he is not producing and selling right now?
What part of stack test; permit filed; permit granted; start production do you not accept as your answer?
You may personally see this as a process of delays to support a scam. Seems like a lot of money voluntarilly going to expenses other than self enrichment in this supposed scam. It might be a failure or a pipe dream but my teenagers could put together a better scam vis a vis actually ending up with cash in pocket.
