#132249 RE: stemcell #132206

I was very actively buying this stock in 2006,2007, and 2008 and at one time held between 12 and 15 million shares. I finally got tired of all the pumping while the stock went no where and started to see the shares being diluted and volume dropping so started selling on the PR runs like we have had the last 2 days. My last sell was in January when it ran to .016 and I sold the rest of what I had in that run. Since 2006 each year the high for the stock has been lower than the year before and this year looks to be no different because even with the current run the stock needs to go up another 105% just to get back to last years high. I NEVER said it was a piece of crap company I said I think it's a very bad long term investment investment who's days have come and gone because the operating expenses have got so far out of control that IMO the company is holding on by it's fingernails and this DRTV campaign is just a last ditch effort to save the company. Again,a person can't survive for long when their bills are 3 times their gross income and neither can a company. I have said many times that I have made VERY good money on this stock by buying low and selling into the runs but even those days are about over because the runs don't last long enough or high enough before pulling back and the volume just isn't there any more. I can honestly say my profits on WNBD since 2006 is well over $175,000 so the company has been VERY good to me so I don't bash the company. it's products or it's CEO. I am only saying take a look at the numbers, it's debt, and watch it's stock being diluted and you tell me what is so positive. The hype you are reading on the boards today is the same hype that's been there for years with little change. There has always been talk about a National account around the corner, the company has run tv ads before, they have got exposure on Home shopping network, etc. so this DRTV ad is nothing so new for the company. So you just keep on buying and I'll sit on the sidelines and watch from a safe distance because IMO you have a lot more to lose at these prices than you have to gain.
