MD, that is quite generous of you. I just paid thousands to update my website and brand my company. Im shocked that they didn't jump all over your advice and professional courtesy. I know I would have, especially after you did the work and asked for nothing in return.
I admit that I am frustrated. We have been in the dark for so long and have seen a lot of carrots with no results. The difference now is that we are not aware of anything in the works. It gives little to be excited about. Its hard to rally around the India deal with so much time passed since the deadline of the last agreement extension.

As to DrR's question, they prolly expect us to read the SEC docs they submit. They usually update things there. If we recall, a while back they referenced the drug problem as an update on the slowness of the Juarez dirt deal in a 10-k or q. I hope they at least use those SEC docs as tools to improve communication and not just cut and paste all that dated info. It wouldn't take that long to update a potential deal or two.

Maddog, sorry to hear they passed on your free services. I'm with you, what's with that?? They obviously need to update the website at minimum. I hope they reconsider, or at least provide you an explanation/better explanation of why they passed. I wonder if there is copyright or ownership issues/rights they're afraid could come back on them. Likely they got stuck somehow with the website they have now with not being able to update it.
