It is also down some 40% from where it was 3 weeks after the announcement. As with any run this stock has you have a very short time before the run peaks and when it begins back down. It's less than 29 hrs. since yesterdays PR and it is already giving a lot of it back because investors that have followed this know by now to sell on the PR and get to heck out before it gives it all back.
