I got that one too and saw they didn't take any compensation for this one. This statement from this morning's news:

"At these numbers and with the cost per carat averaging around $250, we will expect to be doing close to $4 Million dollars in total sales per month. With the new equipment that we have already purchased and installed we expect that these numbers will become the average very quickly in the upcoming months for Dolat Ventures," Mr Hauck declared.

suggests a PPS of over $3.00 as OTCMarketBulls speculates. I was going to pick up some shares right after the open but Ameritrade woldn't let me! This one smells pretty good here...

I follow PSC and a few other sites because sometimes they get behind a huge move in a stock, and it makes for a good swing trade.

DOLV is a fully reporting OTCBB so it will be interesting to see how this plays out. The news certainly is interesting and encouraging and suggests this one may have some long term staying power.
