You don't get 'hung up' over much do you?
57,800,000 shares sold (out of 100,000,000 in the A/S) for less than 3/10ths of a cent each when the going price at the time was in the $0.20 range. No big deal right? The company is now asking to double the A/S, but you will probably say that's nothing to get hung up on either.
$170K in gross proceeds from almost 58 million shares. What if the company held out for a 90% discount and sold those same shares for $.02. My goodness that would mean gross proceeds of over $1,150,000, or almost a million more. Think of the prototype machines that could be built! Think of the fancy encapsol logos tha tcould be designed!
I wonder who the 'special' investor was who scored those shares? I'll just bet that sooner or later those may be sold into a run-up for quite a score.
