I've been involved with FSNR for about 2 years now. Fish1031 introduced FSNR to AENP over a chemical called Petrozene. It changed sour crudes heavy mud like consistency, thinning its viscosity to flow thru the pipe.
Petrozene petered out, but the drive to find an additive didnt. South Texas has Oceans of sour crude. Who knows how, but Freestone saddled up with that Colorado outfit EIEIO.
The Texas juice got with the Colorado juice and Encapsol juice came to be.
Encapsol IS going to make a differance in North America, I say North America for Tar Sands.
Encapsol IMO will BE the Juice for Worldwide Oil Spills. This non toxic product will save many lives....
on a brighter note, I think your persistence of the "patent" issues, stimulated someones ass out of his chair to file the appropriate documents,
that would be Kudo's to you, maybe a finders fee from the company
