The big one that got me, Doug and two friends on the golf course 7 years ago, it zapped us but not a direct hit or we would have died, wet ground,hit about 15 feet from us and the ground lightening traveled up our bodies and out the top of our heads, no chit...it picked Doug and one other guy up and threw them, my partner and I were bolted to the ground, lotsa muscle damage and short term memory loss. Was on drugs for a year for the muscle damage.
I was running for 30 minutes at a time daily when it happened. Did good to walk for a year and couldn't exercise at all.
NOW I CAN RUN AGAIN AND I'M EXCITED THEREFORE I'M HAVING A DRINK
