youve been especially helpful w your trusty DD but there is something i still dont understand when considering jbii --
this is, back in feb, when the stock was 6 or 7 dollars per share, i was assured by some very prominent authorities here that there was a big ticking time bomb to the big conference call and accompanying press releases were going to unleash a torrent of upward movement in the stock and indicate a major upward movement in the companys financial results ...
then the stock pulled back quite a bit ...
then, these same savvy investors here assured me and everyone that there was a "ticking time bomb" leading up to the AGM, and that surely the AGM would be the catalyst that would incite the media and the institutional investors and send the shares to the moon, and also reveal that big financial results were coming ...
then the stock utterly tanked ...
now, im being told that the latest ticking time bomb that will be salvation for jbii shareholders and send the stock to the moon will be receiving something called an air permit ...
nobody ever mention this before the stock tanked ...
why wil this ticking time bomb be the one that sends the stock to the moon ? is it because the third time is the charm ?
i just dont understand --
there are people here claiming that the tape business isnt any good ? but savvy investors said here that this was an incredible business ?
also, they did a big pipe, and didnt come close to fulfilling the full allotment ? i thought paul allen or something was supposed to come in and invest and help jbii grow because he has received unique services from the ceo ?
and then i see that the accountants were fired right before the qtrly filing with the sec was due ? i dont understand- there were myriad assurances here by prestigious ihub members that gately was a really good accting firm- and also the BOD gave unanimous support to the firm only a few wks prior ?
i dont understand- this led the company to be receiving a new stock symbol w an "e" and also the danger of being thrown down to the pink sheets if im to believe what some people are posting ?
the ceo here is nicknamed honest john by the media, how can this be happening ? i guess its probably all a misunderstanding, as some savvy investors have reassured me ...
oh and then people are implying the islechem folks, who were from the big massive company OXY and have massive credibility, well they say they were investing on the inside in jbii ? and also share an office or something with the company or the early investors ? i dont understand this ? and ddint islechem win the business of the yr award from the town of niagra back in 2002 or something ? that is real credibility, why are people attacking their massive credibility ?
i wish i understood all this ..
i remain as confused as ever with this company and dont know who to believe ?
ive tried reading all the filings but then i get especially confused, as perhaps you can understand ?
this is all so confusing !
