but it is not about the Hydro company... it's another merger candidate. LOL

Tactican university merger candidate enjoys several million dollars of revenues including hosting and speaking fees of its professors. VCTY continues its merger negotiations with the China based hydroelectric utility (the primary merger candidate) as well. The Hydro company is a utility with several thousand users in a gorge of rural China. The company, mindful that on OTCBB markets investors demand news and updates of a company activity frequently, the management is of the opinion that the targeted Hydro – University merger could meet these objectives of VCTY and provide a robust mix of daily events news and a holding company with assets in the multimillion dollar range.



The management of VCTY is currently conducting due diligence of Tactican and the formal merger could be announced anytime, followed by the Hydro Electric merger 4-10 weeks down range.
