OMDA didn't issue a single share in the last 16 months and now is doing the opposite of issuing shares.

Are you complaining about having the authorized shares slashed by 97%? This post is the kind of lies that many of us have made noise about. If you follow the chronology of events, the authorized was lowered before the preferreds were canceled. He had the authority to do so. What makes it impossible to do so NOW is the cancellation of the preferred shares. Please post responsibly.
