Sounds like some serious loan interest getting charged at our expense.. who would borrow money at 50 to 1 and better .. has to be some relatives or friends involved in that deal somehow ...
Everyone needs to be aware of this but check the sticky post by smitter that discusses the debt and share structure. Since March 31st, 270 million shares have been added to the float and the o/s has increased as well so it's possible this debt has already been converted partially into the float and the rest may be in the o/s. Unfortunately we will not know for sure until the next quarterly report comes out.
