The conspiracy theorist in me thinks they are going to hold off releasing any news until they have been granted the authority to issue more options. And then they'll do this at the lowest possible price (no sense in releasing good news until they have issued themselves all the shares possible).
IMO the news will flow once this has happened. Time will tell...... I hope I'm wrong.
