Good luck NT! I am currently slowly accumulating CT. Commercial real estate is pretty much in the toilet, but one day it will come back, and with a vengeance. I did hte same with PMI last year in MArch when I bought a boatload at about 60 cents, to average down on my holding. One of the best trades I ever made, as I averaged down my holdings to about $1 per share.
