It,s an old tactic buddy...need to learn something new...if you lost money on pennystock that means you do not know how to trade...VCTY will be easily .05+...mark this post...many posters were telling VCTY won't be .02+ couple weeks back when pps was around .008 range..but now we are at .0335 and soon it will be .10+...GLTY..long and strong here...GO VCTY
