No there is not a need for an additional 400 million shares to hit the float to pay off previous Debt.

Don't stop posting questions on the board. You are correct these ?'s need to be answered.
I even Emailed Cannon about Edwins 300 million shares. I did get an answwer. They are his to do what he wants. He is not interested in selling them. His goals are building the Compnay and Shareholder Value.
2.) Funding has been coming from 3 investors. It was listed in the APR 20th 504. It's filed with the SEC go read it.
3.) Most of the question you are asking can be answered. You should go due your DD and you will be able to answer them yourself.

1.) What is the Name of the Company doing the Geo.
2.) Waiting for Pic's to be put on the CNEX website. I have been told it's gonna happen
3.) When will the 43-101 be filed
CNEX is a highly Speculative play doing all the right things right now. They are current with PS. They have an ungagged T/A. I get the board updates every 2 weeks.
Look.... It's a penny stock.... They have diluted some shares recently for some funding I am guessing.... The recent Pr's show me that the company is on it's way.... I will get in contact with the CEO to make sure everything goes smoothly and no more dilution will be needed.... IMHO.... They have shown that they have found gold.... And sense Gold is such a hot market right now CNEX is in a great position.... Also regarding the stock there is LOTS of money behind this stock.... Kinda like KATX.... Its a GOLD play.... Gold is hot.... Chart play.... And on top of all this a Float Lock Up Play.... Can't get much better then this.... :)
