10000 liters is about 2642 gallons per hr. times 24 hours is 63,408 gallons per day. Ecosphere treats 250,000 gallons per day. I think this is right, I'll have to double check it.

From Genoil

The use of the supertanker combined with the Genoil Crystal Sea is the best solution for removing the oil from the Gulf. We have the surge capacity by our Korean Manufacturer to manufacture in mass production the giant water separation equipment for these tankers. We would reduce the pollution to 2.5 parts per million as against 10,000 to 30,000 of Kevin Costner and clean it up.
The South Korean giant facilities are on our website, and they picked our technology for their group after exhaustive review. There are 30 giant units working around the world. At C.E.T. Iasi our unit cleans heavy oil out of the water to 2.5 parts per million contamination working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for six years and never broke down.
