cnex is still young. they have to start somewhere, just like every other junior exploration or minor. nobody just wakes up one day with $5 or $10 million to go play in the dirt and look for gold. they will get their financing.

There is a cost for everything.... The CEO just gave himself 300,000,000 shares and there is another 368,340,000 shares outstanding. With no cash in the bank and a track record of issuing hundreds of millions of shares in exchange for very little the question becomes how many more hundreds of millions of shares will it take to move the company forward?

The company will have close to 800,000,000 million shares outstanding once the rest of the the shares are converted and there is still no money. At what price is the next financing going to be priced at?

Someone just posted they need 1.5 million dollars. At the conversion rate of .0001 used in the last two share conversions this would mean that 1.5 million dollars translates into 15,000,000,000 new shares....Yup, that's billions.... Anyone thinking there is a rollback in CNEX's future?
