Your concerns are why I didn't buy earlier. I think bsic.ob is in the early stages of increasing production and reserves. They are certainly drilling more actively than any time in the recent past. The down side is that they are not the operator on any of the wells. That means they are not in total control of the operations.
They also are drilling in widely separated geographic areas. It doesn't look like they have one field that can be drilled with many new wells. These are limited opportunities.
With all these negatives, I still think they will surprise to the upside and show increased cashflow and production in q3.
